Services Provided: Family Enrichment Service: Provides support, information, and parenting skills development for families at high risk of child abuse and neglect. Weekly home visits help parents develop positive discipline, improve parent-child relationships, and improve household management. These contribute to the parent’s ability to provide for the emotional, physical, and psychological needs of their children.
Reconnecting Families: The program is designed to expedite the reunification of children who are first-time removals from their homes as a result of a DCF investigation. The purpose is to educate the caregivers, supervise visits and reduce the amount of time a child is in placement. 
IICAPS (Intensive In-Home Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services): Provide in-home services to children and families where the child is either at risk of being placed out of the home, returning from a residential placement, being discharged from a psychiatric hospital, or who has had multiple outpatient interventions that have not been successful. IICAPS is in the home 5 to 8 hours a week and works with the child, family, school and community resources to maintain the child in the community.

Reconnecting Families: DCF determines eligibility as per the contract for the program.
